Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Rolinko (the platform available at monpick.vercel.app), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Rolinko is currently an early-access platform. Features may change, be added, or be removed while the product matures, and these terms will be updated alongside it.

Rolinko lets creators build curated product storefronts with trackable affiliate links, lets brands connect their Shopify stores to attribute sales to creators, and pays creators commissions on attributed orders. Rolinko is not the seller of the products shown — purchases happen on the retailer or brand website, under that seller’s own terms.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Accounts come in creator, brand, and shopper roles; each role sees different features.

Content you publish on your storefront (product picks, descriptions, images, your bio) must be content you own or are permitted to use.

Commissions accrue when an order is attributed to you through Rolinko’s tracking (link clicks, attribution cookies, or your discount codes). Commission rates are set by the brand, either as a store default or as a rate negotiated with you individually.

New commissions are held in a Pending state for 30 days to cover the retailer’s refund window. After the lock period they become Available. If an order is refunded, the related commission is reversed — partially refunded orders are prorated.

You are responsible for complying with disclosure rules that apply to you (for example, disclosing affiliate relationships to your audience where required by law).

Connecting your Shopify store authorizes Rolinko to install a tracking script on your storefront and to receive order webhooks so sales can be attributed to creators. You can disconnect your store at any time from the brand dashboard.

Commission rates you configure (store default or per-creator) apply to orders attributed while those rates are in effect. You remain responsible for fulfilling orders, honoring discount codes you issue, and handling refunds with your customers.

Do not generate fake clicks or self-referred purchases to inflate commissions; do not stuff cookies, misattribute traffic, or interfere with the tracking of other users; do not misrepresent who you are or your relationship to a brand; do not scrape, probe, or disrupt the platform; do not use Rolinko for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, and reverse commissions that result from prohibited conduct.

Rolinko and its software, design, and branding belong to the operators of the platform. You keep ownership of the content you publish and grant Rolinko a license to display it as part of operating the platform (for example, showing your picks on your storefront and in discovery surfaces).

Affiliate links lead to retailer and brand websites that Rolinko does not control. We are not responsible for their content, pricing, availability, or how they handle your purchase. The platform also relies on third-party providers (hosting, database, video, payments, Shopify) to operate.

Rolinko is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. As an early-access product, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free tracking, or that every feature shown is fully operational.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rolinko and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the platform.

You may stop using Rolinko at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) survive termination.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continuing to use Rolinko after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
